Callable bull/bear contracts (“CBBCs”) have a mandatory call feature. Subject to the terms and conditions of CBBCs as set out in the Base Listing Document (including any addendum to the Base Listing Document), CBBCs must be terminated when the spot price / spot level of the underlying asset reaches the call price / call level during the observation period, in which case, you may receive a cash payment called the residual value for category R CBBCs.
